About Nico-Tech Shenzhen Community and Maker Ecosystem Limited(HK)

We are Shenzhen based, Open Hardware community. Our office is HuaQiangBei, and over 3000 members on the Facebook group online. We were running the event 1–2 per month, writing the report for famous Japanese media 15–30 per month, and publish the books 2–3 per year, about to introduce Open Hardware, Shenzhen Technology, Makers Ecosystem, and a current Chinese tech scene.

We organize the event, arrange the funding, marketing, user-meetup, Business development. We are non-profit community, these activities is more glow the open hardware ecosystem.

Nico-Tech [Nico] means Smile in Japanese, Nico-Tech means tech for fun and interest. Many Nico-Tech activity in Japan, we are only based in Shenzhen.

Our member looks so diverse, Tech-Geek, Researcher for Technology, Researcher for China economy, Researcher for Innovation system, Startup founder, Investor, and Community Organizers.We want to share own interest for the community, and improve together by the community, Thet is the reason we join the community and share the activity.

We often correlate with Startup, Incubator, and many tech-community in Shenzhen, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Such as iMakerBase, M5Stack, Seeedstudio, Elecrow, Sipeed, MakerNet,ShenzhenFan, DFRobot, wikifactory, Chaihuo MakerSpace, Kaiyuanshe, CEC, Science Centre Singapore, Maker Faire Shenzhen, Singapore, Bangkok etc., etc.,,,

We are a part of Shenzhen. Our two founders are Japanese and major member also Japanese, but Two Japanese founders also live in Shenzhen too.
